A seasoned entrepreneur and executive, RJ Dourney has successfully developed multiple companies throughout the United States, Europe, Central America, and Asia. RJ is the founder of Fortis Advisors, which specializes in leadership development, strategy, and growth for clients throughout the real estate, technology, and restaurant industries. A transitional Deacon of the Roman Catholic Church, RJ also serves on multiple boards of directors, including as Chairman of the Board of Zullee Mediterranean Grill. RJ holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University.
